Problem
The steam cooking
does not work.
It takes more than
three minutes to
empty the water
tank or the water
leaks from the
steam inlet opening.
The display shows
F11.
The oven display
shows F11.
The display shows
an error code that is
not in this table.
The turnspit does
not rotate.
Possible cause
Lime obstructs the
hole.
There are lime de‐
posits in the oven.
The plug of the
core temperature
sensor is not cor‐
rectly installed into
the socket.
There is an electri‐
cal fault.
The turnspit is not
correctly installed
into the turnspit
hole.
Remedy
Fill the water tank.
Check the steam in‐
let opening. Re‐
move the lime.
Clean the water
tank. Refer to
"Cleaning the water
tank".
Put the plug of the
core temperature
sensor as far as
possible into the
socket.
Deactivate the oven
with the house fuse
or the safety switch
in the fuse box and
activate it again.
If the display shows
the error code
again, contact the
Customer Care De‐
partment.
If the display shows
the error code
again, contact an
Authorised Service
Centre.
Deactivate the ap‐
pliance with the
house fuse or the
safety switch in the
fuse box and acti‐
vate it again.
If the display shows
the error code
again, contact the
Customer Care De‐
partment.
