You cannot activate
or operate the hob.
The oven does not
heat up.
The oven / hob dis‐
play shows an error
code that is not in
this table.
The burners do not
work.
The appliance
makes noises.
The flame colour is
orange or yellow.
The oven display
shows "SAFE".
The oven display
shows "LOC".
The fuse is blown.
There is an electri‐
cal fault.
There is no gas
supply.
The appliance is
too hot.
The Child Safety
Device function op‐
erates.
Lock function oper‐
ates.
The Function Lock
is on.
Make sure that the
fuse is the cause of
the malfunction. If
the fuse is blown
again and again,
contact a qualified
electrician.
Deactivate the ap‐
pliance with the
house fuse or the
safety switch in the
fuse box and acti‐
vate it again.
If the display shows
the error code
again, contact the
Customer Care De‐
partment.
Check the gas con‐
nection.
Some metal parts
of the appliance ex‐
pand and contract
when they heat up
or cool down. The
noises are normal.
The flame can look
orange or yellow in
some areas of the
burner. This is nor‐
mal.
Wait for the appli‐
ance to cool down.
