Problem
There is no water in‐
side the grill- / roast‐
ing pan after the
descaling proce‐
dure.
There is dirty water
on the bottom of the
cavity after the des‐
caling cycle.
The cleaning func‐
tion is interrupted
before it finishes.
There is too much
water on the bottom
of the cavity after
the end of the clean‐
ing function.
There is no good
performance of the
cleaning procedure.
Possible cause
The function was
stopped by the
user.
You did not fill the
water drawer to the
maximum level.
The grill- / roasting
pan is on a wrong
shelf position.
You sprayed too
much detergent in
the appliance be‐
fore the activation
of the cleaning cy‐
cle.
The initial oven
cavity temperature
of the steam clean‐
ing function was
too high.
You did not remove
the side grids be‐
fore the start of the
cleaning proce‐
dure. They can
transfer heat to the
walls and decrease
the performance.
Remedy
Check if the a des‐
caling agent / water
is present in the wa‐
ter drawer body.
Remove the residu‐
al water and the
descaling agent
from the bottom of
the oven. Put the
grill- / roasting pan
on the first shelf po‐
sition.
Cover all parts of
the cavity with a
thin layer of the de‐
tergent. Spray the
detergent evenly.
Repeat the cycle.
Run the cycle when
the appliance is
cold.
Remove the side
grids from the appli‐
ance and repeat the
function.
