Measure the thickness of the disc plates and
friction plates. If the thickness is less than the
service limit, do the steps 2 and 3 below.

2. Friction plates

its backlash with the outer drum splines. Replace
the plate if any of these measurements exceeds
the service limit.

3. Disc plates
