DESCRIPTION
The normal help message is issued at
each power cycle. Displays on the ana-
lyzer only.
Both Platform and Ground modes are
selected simultaneously. Defaults to
Ground Mode.
DESCRIPTION
The horn switch was closed during
power-up in platform mode.
The Steer Left Switch was closed during
power-up in platform mode.
The Steer Right Switch was closed during
power-up in platform mode.
The joystick wiper signal input is outside
the acceptable voltage range.
The steer left and steer right inputs were
closed simultaneously.
The Joystick was not centered at power-
up in platform mode.
The trigger switch was closed during
power-up in platform mode.
The trigger switch was closed for more
than seven seconds while the joystick
was centered.
Before driving the relay coil, the controller
checks if the relay contacts are stuck.
The Lift Enable switch was closed during
power-up in platform mode.

SECTION 10 - DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
Normal operation. No check necessary.
• Check key switch function.
• Replace key switch.
• Check if the horn switch is damaged, obstructed or
jammed.
• Check horn push button output : J4(3).
• Check if the steer left switch is obstructed or
jammed.
• Check the left steer switch output : J2(6).
• Check if the steer right switch is obstructed or
jammed.
• Check the right steer switch output : J2(7).
• Center joystick and check to see if a power cycle
will clear DTC.
• Check joystick wiper voltage : J2(3) for swing,
J2(4) for drive. Acceptable range : 0,35V - 4,65V.
• Check if the steer switches are damaged,
obstructed or jammed.
• Release joystick and allow to center.
• Check if the joystick is obstructed or jammed.
• Proceed with a calibration.
• Check joystick voltages (refer to Section 8).
• Check if the trigger switch is obstructed or jammed.
• Check trigger switch output voltage : J2(5).
• Check if the trigger switch is obstructed or jammed.
• Check trigger switch output voltage : J2(5).
• Check the N.O. contact of the voting relay (installed
on the interface board - ground console).
• Check the voting relay output for short to +Vbatt
condition : CR1(24), CR1(25), CR1(26) & CR1(28)
and the connected lines.
• Check if the lift enable switch is obstructed or
jammed.
• Check lift enable switch output voltage : J1(18).
