DESCRIPTION
A problem has been detected with the left
drive motor speed sensor (encoder).
Machine overspeed has been detected on
the right motor.
Machine overspeed has been detected on
the left motor.
DESCRIPTION
The control system failed to receive mes-
sages from the Master Module (right con-
troller).

SECTION 10 - DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
• Check the left motor encoder wiring and connec-
tions.
• Check the harness for proper installation (refer to
Section 11).
• The machine should be driven at limited speed in
ramps.
• Check the Personality : Drive, Max and adjust if nec-
essary.
• The machine should be driven at limited speed in

• Check the Can Bus connections on the Master con-
troller : CR2(27) & CR2(28).
• Disconnect CR3 (Slave controller connector) and
measure resistance between CR3(27) and
CR3(28). If it is not 60
the bus wires :
-CR2(27) to CR3(27) & CR2(28) to CR3(28);
-CR2(27) to CR1(29) & CR2(28) to CR1(18);
-ground panel board : CR1(29) to CR1(17) &
CR1(18) to CR1(6);
-CR1(6) to CR25(A) & CR1(17) to CR25(B);
-CR25(A) to CR4(P) & CR25(B) to CR4(N);
-Platform console : CR4(P) to J1(3) & CR4(N) to
J1(4).
• Ensure that all the connectors pins are properly in
place and the connectors are free of moisture or
oxidation.
• Measure the resistance between J1(3) and J1(4) of
the platform board : if it is not 120
the board.
