Chain Slack Sensor

One chain of each lifting chain stage is fitted with a slack
detection device. Those 3 switches are wired in series.
Slack chain condition is:
- Generally caused by the platform or the jib coming to
rest on an obstacle while lowering.
- More rarely caused by a mast jamming. This can be due
to a lack of lubrication (Refer to Section 5-3), an incor-
rect adjustment (Refer to Section 5-4) or a foreign body
entering the guiding system.
