10.3 Maintenance schedules
Component
Function
Change the cooling oil.
Change the compressor oil filter.
Change the separator cartridge
in the oil separator tank.
Chassis/bodywork
Check the tyre pressures.
Check wheel fixings are tight.
Carry out chassis maintenance.
Grease the ball coupling, joints
and towbar.
Brake maintenance
Check wear on the brake linings.
Have the wheel brakes adjusted.
Check all screw connections,
hinges, locks, catches, handles
and snap fasteners for wear and
secure fixing.
Grease the door hinges.
Carry out rubber sealing strip
maintenance.
Have the lifting eye checked.
Other maintenance tasks
Check all accessible fittings,
pipes and clamps for wear and
tightness.
Check hoses for leaks and wear.
Have hose lines replaced.
Check that all electrical connec‐
tions are tight.
