Maintenance schedule for options
➤ Carry out maintenance tasks according to the following schedule.
Option
Function
Option da, db, dc, dd – cyclone separator
Clean and check the dirt trap.
Option da, db, dc, dd – compressed air aftercooler
Clean the cooler.
Option dd – filter combination
Drain condensate.
Change the filter elements
Option dc – breathing air filter
Drain condensate.
Change the filter elements
Option ga – generator
Check/adjust belt tension.
Carry out visual check of drive
belt.
Have the generator and control
box checked.
Replace the drive belt.
Have the generator bearings
checked.
Have the generator bearings
changed.
