10.3 Maintenance schedules
Maintenance schedule
➤ Carry out maintenance tasks according to the following schedule.

Engine
Check inlet air filter maintenance
indicator
Check engine oil level.
Clean the engine air filter
Change the engine oil
Change the engine oil filter.
Check/adjust the drive belt ten‐
sion.
Change engine air filter.
Have intercooler maintained.
Have the turbocharger checked.
Have the crankcase venting
valve checked.
Check the engine mounts.
Have the valve clearance adjus‐
ted.
Replace the drive belt.
Have the multi-ribbed belt / jock‐
ey wheel checked/replaced.
Have the crankcase venting
valve replaced.
Check the engine coolant level.
Clean the radiator.
Check coolant hoses and
clamps.
