We urgently recommend that a record is kept of the maintenance work done (see chap-
ter 9.16).
Work to be done
Check the v---belt tension
Check all electrical connections for tightness
and tighten if necessary
Replace the oil filter
Check the oil level
Check the filter mats for contamination
Check the v---belt tension
Clean or replace the air filter
Check the oil cooler and air aftercooler for con-
tamination
Clean or replace the filter mats
Replace the oil filter
Change the oil
Change the oil separator cartridge
Check all electrical connections for tightness
and tighten if necessary
Have the valves inspected by an authorized
KAESER Service agent
Have the safety relief valve checked by
authorized KAESER Service agent
Have the compressor motor bearings relubrica-
ted by authorized KAESER distributors*
