Troubleshooting
・
When you have a vague idea of malfunctioning, you can perform
diagnosis by yourself.

Check for the necessity of software update first, and update the
software if necessary.

When checking the following items does not improve the state,
contact the phone number given in "Repairs (Inquiries/Request)"
the last page of this manual (in Japanese only) or DOCOMO-
specified repair office.

Power supply

Cannot power on the terminal
Check if the battery is not run out.
Screen is frozen, the power cannot be turned off

When the screen freezes or the power cannot be turned off,

press and hold
for approximately 10 seconds to force
stop. Furthermore, press and hold it for 2 seconds to restart the
terminal.
* Note that some data and settings may be erased due to force-quit
operation.
●
The power of the terminal shuts down automatically
If temperature of the terminal rises high, the power may shut
down automatically. In this case, wait until temperature of the
terminal drops and turn the power on again.
Charging
■
Cannot charge (The LED indicator does not light, or the

battery icon is not displayed while charging)
・ Check if the adapter's power plug is correctly inserted to an
outlet or accessory.
・ Check if the adapter and the terminal are set correctly.
・ When using the AC adapter (optional), check if the microUSB
plug of the AC adapter is connected to the terminal correctly.

・ When using Micro USB Cable 01 (optional), check if the PC is
turned on.
・ If you execute calls, communications or other function
operations for a long time while charging, the terminal may
become hot and the LED indicator turns off (charging stops) or
battery level may become low. In this case, wait until the
temperature of the terminal drops and charge again.
The LED indicator flashes in red

If you set from [Settings]
indicator] to ON (default: ON), the LED indicator flashes when the
battery level becomes low. In that case, charge the terminal.
