Making calls inside the country you stay
You can make a call to the other party's land-line phone or mobile
phone in the same way you do in Japan.

From the Home screen,

[Dial] Enter a phone number

Start with the area code (city code).

If you make a call to the party using "WORLD WING", make a
call as an international call to Japan (by entering the country
code "81" (Japan)) even when making a call in the country you
stay.

Receiving calls inside the country you
stay
You can receive calls in the same way as you do in Japan.

When you received a call during the international roaming,
regardless of which country the call is from, it is forwarded
internationally from Japan. A caller is charged for a call fee to
Japan, and the receiver is charged for a reception fee.
Making a call from the other party
Having someone make a call from Japan to the

country you stay
Have your phone number dialed as a domestic call in Japan.
■ Having someone make a call from other than
Japan to the country you stay
You have to receive a call through Japan no matter where you are;
therefore, the other party needs to enter the international call access
number and "81" (Country code of Japan).

- 81 - 90 (or 80, 70) - XXXX - XXXX
Setting international roaming
Make settings for using international roaming or international
call.
Settings for making/receiving calls
overseas
You can restrict incoming calls overseas, set notifications for
incoming calls or set roaming guidance.

For some overseas network operators, settings may not be made.

Set each item
Incoming call restriction while roaming : Restrict incoming
calls during international roaming.
Incoming call notification while roaming : Notify with SMS if
you cannot receive calls because of out of service etc. during
international roaming.
Roaming guidance : Play guidance notifying the caller of your
using international roaming during international roaming.
