Appendix – Daily and Pre-use Checkout Form
Before operating the Fabius OS, the following
checkout verification form must be completed to
ensure that the machine is ready for use. Do not
insert any additional components into or modify the
anesthesia system after the checkout procedure is
started.
This is a recommended procedure. Follow your
institution's policies for specific checkout procedu-
res.
CAUTION
If any check cannot be carried out satisfactorily,
the machine must not be used.

vice organization.
