Warning Output Function

Normal
This function outputs a warning when the digital value is larger than the warning output upper limit value or is smaller than the
warning output lower limit value.
The warning target depends on the operation mode, as shown below.
• Normal output mode: 'CH1 Digital value' (Un\G460)
• Wave output mode: Wave data registry area (Un\G10000 to Un\G99999)
• Inter-module synchronization mode: 'CH1 Synchronization digital value' (Un\G9500)

Warning output notification
This function outputs a warning as follows when the digital value is larger than 'CH1 Warning output upper limit value'
(Un\G510) or is smaller than 'CH1 Warning output lower limit value' (Un\G512).
• Alarm ON (1) is stored in 'Warning output upper flag' (Un\G36) or 'Warning output lower flag' (Un\G37).
• 'Warning output signal' (XE) turns on.
• The ALM LED turns on.
An alarm code (080H or 081H) is stored in 'Latest alarm code' (Un\G2).

Operation after a warning was output
When a warning has occurred, the set value of the warning output upper limit value or the warning output lower limit value is
used as the digital value for the D/A conversion.
When the digital value is changed to 'CH1 Warning output upper limit value' (Un\G510) or smaller and 'CH1 Warning output
lower limit value' (Un\G512) or larger after a warning has occurred, the analog output value returns to a normal value.
However, 'Warning output upper flag' (Un\G36), 'Warning output lower flag' (Un\G37), 'Warning output signal' (XE) and ALM
LED are not cleared.
