■Warning output upper flag status
• When the detection target exceeds the value specified in 'CH1 Warning output upper limit value' (Un\G510), Warning alarm
ON (1) is stored in the corresponding bit of 'Warning output upper flag' (Un\G36) corresponding to each channel. Detection
target for outputting a warning varies depending on the operation mode.

Inter-module synchronization mode
• When a warning is detected in any channel where the D/A conversion and the warning output setting are enabled, 'Warning
output signal' (XE) also turns on.
■Clearing Warning output upper flag
Turn on and off 'Warning output clear request' (YE) or 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) to clear the warning output
upper flag.
Warning output lower flag
Normal
The lower limit warning can be checked for each channel.
