Common
'Error flag' (XF) turns on when an error occurs.
By turning on and off 'Error clear request' (YF) or 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) after the cause of the error is
eliminated, 'Error flag' (XF) turns off and 'Latest error code' (Un\G0) is cleared.

When turning on 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9) in the high-speed output mode, if an error occurs in
any of the channels, all channels are set to D/A conversion disable. To start the analog output, check the
settings, and turn on and off 'Operating condition setting request' (Y9).
