Description and cause
CH Output setting during wave output stop is set
to a value other than 0 to 2.
CH Output value during wave output stop is set to
a value outside the setting range.
CH Wave pattern start address setting is set to a
value other than 10000 to 99999.
CH Wave pattern data points setting is set to a
value other than 1 to 90000.
CH Wave pattern output repetition setting is set to
a value outside the range.
CH Constant for wave output conversion cycle is
set to a value other than 1 to 5000.
Step action wave output request is set to a value
other than OFF (0) and ON (1).
The value obtained by "CH Wave pattern start
address setting + CH Wave pattern data points
setting - 1" exceeded 99999 (the last address of
Wave data registry area).
• Setting channel (1) is simultaneously set for
multiple channels during the offset/gain setting.
• In the offset/gain setting, both CH Offset/gain
setting mode (offset specification) and CH
Offset/gain setting mode (gain specification) are
set to Setting channel (1), or both CH Offset/
gain setting mode (offset specification) and CH
Offset/gain setting mode (gain specification) for all
channels are set to Disable (0).
An invalid value is set in the offset/gain setting. The
number of the channel in which this error occurs
cannot be identified.
Offset/gain adjustment value specification is set to a
value other than -3000 to 3000.
An invalid value is set for CH in the offset/gain
setting.
The offset value and gain value to be saved in the
flash memory are as follows:
Offset value  Gain value
CH Offset/gain setting mode (offset specification)
and CH Offset/gain setting mode (gain
specification) are set to values other than Disable (0)
and Setting channel (1).
In the offset/gain setting, CH Offset/gain setting
mode (range specification) is set to a value other
than User range setting (voltage) (E) and User range
setting (current) (F).
Output setting during synchronization error is set to
a value other than Synchronization continue (0) and
Synchronization stop (1).
Action
Set CH Output setting during wave output stop to
any of the following values:
• 0V/0mA (0)
• Offset value (1)
• Output value during wave output stop (2)
Set CH Output value during wave output stop to a
value within the setting range. The setting range
varies depending on the set output range as shown
below.
• 4 to 20mA, 0 to 20mA, 1 to 5V, 0 to 5V: 0 to 32000
• -10 to 10V: -32000 to 32000
Set CH Wave pattern start address setting to a
value within 10000 to 99999.
Set CH Wave pattern data points setting to a value
within 1 to 90000.
Set CH Wave pattern output repetition setting to
any of the following values:
• Unlimited repeat output (-1)
• Output of the specified number of times (1 to
32767)
Set CH Constant for wave output conversion cycle
to a value within 1 to 5000.
Set Step action wave output request to OFF (0) or
ON (1).
Set CH Wave pattern start address setting and
CH Wave pattern data points setting so that the
following condition is satisfied:
• "Wave pattern start address setting" + "Wave
pattern data points setting" - 1  99999
Correctly set CH Offset/gain setting mode (offset
specification) and CH Offset/gain setting mode
(gain specification).
Perform the offset/gain setting again for all channels
where the user range setting is used.
If the error occurs again, the possible cause is a
failure of the module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Set Offset/gain adjustment value specification to a
value within -3000 to 3000.
Perform the offset/gain setting again for the
channels where the error has occurred.
If the error occurs again, the possible cause is a
failure of the module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
Perform the offset/gain setting again so that the
following condition is satisfied:
Offset value < Gain value
Set CH Offset/gain setting mode (offset
specification) and CH Offset/gain setting mode
(gain specification) to Disable (0) or Setting channel
(1).
Set CH Offset/gain setting mode (range
specification) to User range setting (voltage) (E) or
User range setting (current) (F).
Set Output setting during synchronization error to
Synchronization continue (0) or Synchronization
stop (1).
