If you replaced faulty DIMMs, clear the server DIMM faults.
a.
To see server faults, log in to the ILOM SP as root and type the following
ILOM CLI command list all known fault on the system:

The server lists all known faults, for example:
-> show /SP/faultmgmt
b.
To clear the fault, type the following command:

Where Pn is the DIMM number. For example, to clear a fault on the DIMM in location D2
on CPU0:
-> set /SYS/MB/P0/D2 clear_fault_action=true
Are you sure you want to clear /SYS/MB/P0 (y/n)? y
Set ???clear_fault_action" to ???true???
