6.2.1 Pumped Instruments - Regulator Selection

If the monitor has a pump enabled, the user is asked if the pump will be used during the bump test,
as illustrated in Figure 43: Regulator Valve
• YES – use a demand or balanced flow regulator, press the R button.
• NO – use a direct flow regulator, press the L button.

6.3. Applying Test Gas

Apply the test gas to the monitor via the direct flow regulator set to 0.5 l/min, as shown in
44: Bump Test Kit.
