To check the maintenance log and ensure lines are flushed and sanitation is performed on Dentsply Sirona Intego chairs:

1. Maintenance Log:
- The maintenance log is documented in the *Maintenance Manual*.
- Ensure all safety tests, inspections, and maintenance work are recorded by the service engineer.
- Keep the *Maintenance Manual* near the treatment center for reference.

2. Sanitation Procedures:
- After each patient: Clean and disinfect surfaces.
- Daily:
- Disinfect suction hoses using cleaning adapters.
- Disinfect surfaces, upholstery, user interfaces, instrument holders, and handles.
- Sterilize silicone mats and handle covers.
- Water Line Flushing:
- Purge the tumbler, 3-way syringes, and instrument water lines at the start and end of each workday using the purge function or manually.

Following these steps will ensure proper maintenance and hygiene of the treatment center.

chair stuck in start not moving nothing registing when picking up handpieces

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
February 27, 2025

The Dentsply Sirona Intego chair is stuck and not moving when picking up handpieces because of the chair interlock safety feature. As long as a treatment instrument is activated, all functions for moving the patient chair are disabled for safety reasons. If chair movement remains blocked, a service technician should be contacted.
