Scheduled Maintenance
Check the pneumatic motor every week for unusual vibration,
grease leakage and housing discolouration:
– In case of vibration, check the grooved ball bearing. Have
the grooved ball bearing completely replaced after 2000
hours of operation.
– Have the seals changed if grease is leaking.
– Replace the pneumatic motor if there are discolourations
on the tool housing.

– Check every week whether the axial compensation is suffi-
ciently greased.
Lubrication
– Clean the gearbox after the first 150 running hours using a
mild solvent. Follow the solvent manufacturers directions
for use and disposal. Lubricate the gearbox using Bosch
gearbox lube. Repeat the lubrication procedure every
300 hours after the initial gearbox service.
– Special gearbox grease (225 ml)

– SAE 10/SAE 20 engine oil
