Symptom
Always disconnect main power connection before opening the DR300 chassis.

Check Motor and Controller cables.
Verify DR300 power is on.
Verify Parameters.
Check Encoder and Hall feedback.
Check Amp and Bus fuses.
Check tuning parameters and gains.
