Identification
The MRS and BRS brass plugs generally have a differing construction. The following
shows the geometric properties of the different plugs by which the brass plugs can
be identified.
MRS brass plugs possess a conical external contour (1). The top surface of the plug
(2) has a ring-shaped indentation.
BRS brass plugs have a ring-shaped groove (1). The brass plugs have a recess
on their underside (2).
BRS plugs require a special BM rail with non-chamfered mounting holes.
