AT unsolicited response codes
The following codes and text may appear as unsolicited response codes on the AT
interface to the UT or in an SMS response to an ATCO Remote SMS command. Each
code appears in the following format:

<crlf> is the carriage-return/line-feed character sequence
<at_command> identifies the command which generated the response
<#> is the numeric response code
<text> is descriptive text about the response
_IGETFW: 20, FTP hookup fail
_IUPDFW: 0, Complete
shows the current set of response codes, grouped by function.

_IUPDFW: could not open control file for update parameters
_IUPDCFG: could not compute checksum for new config file.
Could not find specified directory on UT file system.
Could not find named file (on local file system).
_IUPDFW: Could not restore 'image.txt' after failed upgrade.
_IUPDCFG: Could not rename new file to 'config.txt'.
Error found in a parameter, e.g. invalid value, string too long, etc.
No free entry in context ID table (all 11 contexts in use)
