Use the following procedure to adjust zero.
1. Allow sufficient time for the instrument and the calibration photometer
to warm up and stabilize.
2. With the zero air supply ON, but the ozonator OFF, allow the
instrument to sample zero air until a stable response is obtained.
3. From the Home Screen, press Calibration>Calibrate Background.
The Target Concentration button will read 0.000. The Calculated
Background button will display the background needed to make the
current O
concentration go to 0.000.

4. In the Calibrate Background screen, press Calibrate to set the O
reading to zero and to save the new background.
Use the following procedure to adjust span.
1. Generate an ozone concentration standard of approximately 80% of the
upper range limit (URL) of the ozone analyzer (such as, 0.4 or 0.8 ppm
for the 0.5 and 1.0 ppm ranges respectively).
2. Allow the instrument to sample this ozone concentration standard until
a stable response is obtained.
3. From the Home Screen, choose Calibration>Calibrate Span
