24. SERVICE PROCEDURE
24.2.9 CLEAN LINE FILTER
If there is any abnormality in the pump or other hydraulic
equipment, remove the dirt from inside the line filter as follows.
Before removing the line filter, release the pressure inside the
hydraulic circuit. For details, see "18.4 PRECAUTIONS WHEN
DISASSEMBLING MACHINE".
Remove case 0, then remove element @ and clean it.
Some of the oil inside the piping will come out, so prepare a
container to catch it.
Remove the dirt stuck inside the case.
Install element 0, then screw in case 0 to install it.
Replace O-ring @and backup ring @as a set when reassembling.

Case 0: 440 f 5 Nm (4.5 f 0.5 kgm, 32.5 f 3.6 Ibft)
After reassembling the line filter, bleed the air from the circuit.

24.2.10 DRAIN WATER FROM WATER SEPARATOR
When float @ is at or above red line 0, drain the water according
to the following procedure:
1. Loosen drain plug @ and drain the accumulated water until the
float reaches the bottom.
2. Tighten drain plug 0.
3. If the air is sucked into the fuel line when draining the water, be
sure to bleed the air in the same manner as for the fuel filter.
