Solution:
You can lessen the problem by decreasing the paper feed speed of the decurler unit.
1.
In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, adjust the paper feed speed
of the decurler unit.
• If the degree of decurling is set to "Off", reduce the value in [Decurler: Correction Off] of
1321: [Correct Paper Curl] by 0.5%.
• If the degree of decurling is set to "Weak", reduce the value in [Decurler: Correction Weak] of
1321: [Correct Paper Curl] by 0.5%.
• If the degree of decurling is set to "Strong", reduce the value in [Decurler: Correction Strong]
of 1321: [Correct Paper Curl] by 0.5%.

Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
Yes
Finished!
No
Keep decreasing the value by 0.5% until the problem is resolved.
If the problem persists even though the setting has reached its minimum value,
contact your service representative.
• Decreasing the paper feed speed of the decurler unit may result in creases, scratches, or paper
jams if thin paper is used.
