7. Image Quality Problem: Full Page
(e) Adjust the image transfer setting

In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, select 1212: [Image Transfer
Output], and then adjust the value in the following corresponding setting.
• [BW]
[Black]
• [FC/FCS]
[Black], [Cyan], [Magenta], [Yellow], [Clear/Special], [White]
• [S]
[Clear/Special], [White]

Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?

(f) Adjust the maximum image density

In [Advanced Settings] for the custom paper you are using, select 1201: [Max Image
Density], and then increase the value for the specified color.

• After performing the solution, it is recommended to perform the color calibration of the external
controller.
Uneven Density (Metallic Paper or Textured Paper)
Vertical lines occur in two-color full solid fill images.
