1. Launch Fiery Command WorkStation 6.
2. Click [Job Properties] corresponding to the image to be printed.
3. Click the [Color] tab.
4. Click [Color settings].
5. Select [Normal] in "Black Text and Graphics".
6. Print the image. Has the problem been resolved?
