Figure 3 shows the alarm/fan module green status LEDs during normal
operations.

The system LED consolidates the status of the other three LEDs. That is, if
the fans, power, and temperature are all within normal operating parameters,
then the system LED is green. If any of the three other LEDs is red, indicating
trouble, then the system LED also appears red.
