Serves 6
Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate
200 g butter
200 g sugar
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
Method
Melt together the chocolate and butter
in a pan over a low heat. Leave to cool
slightly, and then beat in the sugar and
egg yolks.
Start the Automatic programme or
pre-heat the oven.
Beat the egg whites and fold into the
mixture.
Place the mixture in 6–8 greased
ramekins (C 10 cm) and place in the
oven.
