Two's Complement Representation

For the power supply with signal type "+/- 10 V", the numerical range of
0x8000 ... 0x7FFF is scaled to the output voltage range of −10 V ... +10 V. The
value is mapped at a process value resolution of 0.305 mV per 1 digit.
