Controlling Mono Lancet MIDI-parameters using the
'14 Analogsynthesizer
Mono Lancet is a monophonic analog synthesizer expander-module made by VERMONA. Some
parameters of this synthesizer and its current successor (Mono Lancet '15) can be adjusted using
MIDI control change commands (CC). The '14 Analogsynthesizer can send these commands. Hence,
the Mono Lancet is a perfect expansion to the '14 Analogsynthesizer and vice versa.
The functions of the Mono Lancet will not be described here. Find details and information in the
corresponding manual.
Carry out the following steps to send the control change messages (CC):
1.
Make sure, the '14 Analogsynthesizer is in standard play-mode (ARPEGGIATOR switch
set to OFF).
Enter the edit mode by pressing the [EDIT] button – the corresponding LED will be lit.

Use the select dial to select the EDIT parameter [10] MONO LANCET CC#* – the yellow LED

above the VALUE button will start blinking.
Activate the parameter using the VALUE button.

Select the desired control change message (CC):

Pitchbender on/off

Modulation wheel on/off

Aftertouch on/off

Velocity on/off

Filter-Velocity on/off

Auto-Glide on/off

Legato on/off
Activate/deactivate the control change (CC) message using the VALUE button. With the

corresponding LED being lit, the respective command is enabled
Exit EDIT mode by pressing the [EDIT] button again.

Steps 5 and 6 can be repeated as many times as needed without leaving the EDIT
mode. Edits are send out immediately.
