Special Settings

Defogging W indow s
Switch off button.
Press QQ3 button.
Press 1 3 button repeatedly until
air is directed upward.

Turn w heels (2) to position E 3 to
open left and right air outlets (4).
Adjust air outlets upward.
Defrosting
Turn w heels (2) to position ISJSJ to
open left and right air outlets (4).
Adjust air outlets upward.
Press Ema button. M axim um heat­
ed and autom atically controlled
am ount of air is directed to the
w indshield and side windows.

Press I f r a button once again to
return to previous setting.

Rear W indow Defroster
Turn electronic key in steering lock
to position 2.
To select, press to fij button.
To cancel, press UnU button again.
Note:
Heavy accum ulation of snow and
ice should be rem oved before
activating the defroster.
MAX
The rear w indow defroster uses a
large am ount of power. To keep
the battery drain to a m inimum,
turn off the defroster as soon as
the w indow is clear.
The defroster is autom atically
turned off after a m axim um of
12 m inutes of operation.
If several power consum ers are
turned on sim ultaneously, or the
battery is only partially charged, it
is possible that the defroster will
autom atically turn itself off. W hen
this happens, the indicator lamp
inside the switch starts blinking.
MAX
As soon as the battery has suffi­
cient voltage, the defroster auto­
m atically turns itself back on.

To switch the autom atic clim ate
control off, press - s id e of rocker
switch until sym bol O FF is
displayed.

The fresh air supply to the car
interior is shut off.
W hile driving, use this setting only
tem porarily, otherw ise the
w indshield could fog up.
To switch the a utom atic clim ate
co ntrol on again, press B E ,
or +side of B&H.
