All adapters in 10 Mb/s mode and TX adapters in both 10 Mb/s and 100 Mb/s mode
use pins 1,2,3 and 6 to transmit data of the RJ-45 connector. However, all pins must
be connected. T4 adapters use all pins to transmit data. See the following section,
Pinout & Color Requirements , for pinout information.
