Installing the V100-E

Preparations

Before installing the V100-E, make sure that you have read through Chapter 2 Installation
Preparations.
Make sure all the requirements mentioned in Chapter 2 are satisfied.

Installation Flowchart

Start
Install the cabinet (optional )
Install the device to
the specified position
Connect the PGND cable
Connect the power cables
Connect the device to
a configuration terminal
Verify the installation
Turn on the power switch
Normal?
Power off the device and
disconnect the power cables
Install a MIM ( optional )
Connect the device to the
Ethernet network
Verify the installation
Connect the power cables
and power on the device
