    Furthermore, it provides multiple coding/decoding modes and supports DHCP client function. VG 10-10 provides one PHONE port and two Ethernet ports (WAN port and LAN port). The PHONE port is used to connect ordinary analog phone sets and fax machines. The Ethernet ports operate in non-forwarding mode and provide functions similar to hubs by using switching chips.

    Chapter 2 Device Installation Chapter 2 Device Installation 2.1 Installation Precautions Reserve more than 10 cm (4 in.) of clearance around the VG 10-10/10-11 for heat dissipation. Fix the device and power adapter well if mount them on the wall.

    Connect the VG 10-10/10-11 and the power socket via special power adapter. Power on the device. After powering on the VG 10-10, the PWR LED keeps on steadily and the SYS LED keeps blinking; after powering on the VG 10-11, the PWR LED keeps on steadily.
