Select the type of foot switch

9 Select the type of foot switch
The required presetting of the foot switch
as direct starter or speed controller is
made individually for the operator A or B in
Mode.
Proceed by pressing the Mode key
repeatedly until
FC CONTROL MODE
ON/OFF − VARIABLE
appears on the display.
Then select the type of foot switch with the
– +
/ keys. The preselected type flashes.
With the direct starter presetting, the
threshold bar is always at the maximum
value after activating the foot switch. You
work with the displayed maximum value.
With the speed controller presetting, the
bar swells.
You work in the range from 0 to the
displayed maximum value.
