8.3 Printer Status
The status of the printer is explained below.
8.3.1

Operating Status Type

(1) Normal
Indicates that the printer can print when media is loaded.
Each setup concerning printing can be operated by using Operation panel.

(2) Setup Menu
Each setup concerning printing can be operated by using Operation panel.
The settings required for normal printing are usually made on the printer driver or application, but can
also be made using Operation panel.

(3) Self-Diagnosis Function
Indicates that each settings concerning printing using Operation panel. Names and functions of
Operation panel keys are the same as those of setup menu display.
