Installation

WiFi Module (Optional)

If ordered, the WiFi module (part number GV60WIFI) will
require synchonization and setup to allow the fi replace
to operate on the homeowner's network.
See the literature that accompanies the WiFi module
kit for instructions to install and set up. See also "Wiring
Diagram" on page 51.
Note: The homeowner will either need to be present
for installation or leave their WiFi password for the
installer to use during setup. Otherwise the installer
can complete the physical installation and leave the
remaining setup instructions for the homeowner.
WiFi Module (Optional)
Physical Installation
The WiFi module must be wired into a compatible
receiver, complete with SI port as shown below.
1. Connect the included wire to the SI port on the
receiver and the Receiver port on the WiFi module.
Reset
2. Apply Velcro (not included) to WiFi module and to
available space in the fi replace. Do not attach Velcro
to the inner fi rebox.
3. Attach WiFi module to Velcro, with status LEDs and
reset button pointing in the direction of easiest
access. (Note: If installing in the LX2/2200, be sure
to place the module under the heat shield)
