Follow this process to resolve the problem with Digi products:
• First, contact your Digi dealer or distributor. They provide first-level technical
support and have the training to help you with any installation questions or
difficulties you may have.
• If you still experience difficulties (after contacting first-level support), contact
Digi Support Services.
