Restoring a PortServer II configuration file from a host

When you have completed editing of the configuration file:
1. Save it to the same location, overwriting the file you uploaded from PortServer II.
2. Copy the configuration file back to the PortServer II by entering the following
command at PortServer II's command line:
cpconf fromhost <host> <filename>
<host> may be the name or IP address of the host. <filename> is the name
of the edited file (psconfig in the previous example); you may have to enter the
full path name.
Note: It will take longer to update the configuration file than to download it,
because it takes longer to write to Flash ROM than to read from it.
3. If you want to keep the configuration file on the host, remove write permissions to
prevent unauthorized users from changing the file. For example, on a UNIX
system, enter:
UNIX: chmod 444 savefile
