4. Disconnect the connector from J803 on the RFC Board (in the transceiver
unit).

5. Unfasten seven screws and washers fixing the RFC Board.
Save these for later use. (Step 12)
6. Screw seven spacers (SQ-15, supplied) onto the RFC Board, using the holes
of the screws removed at step 5.
Attaching EMI core
7. Remove the IF AMP Board cover.
8. Replace the cable between J804/805 on the RFC Board and J821/822 on
the IF AMP Board with the cable assy (RTR-082, supplied).
9. Attach two grounding clamps (E0809A, supplied) to both edge of the cable
assy replaced at step 8, and then fix one at the side of the IF AMP Board with
the screw shown below.
10. Attach the EMI core (RFC-10, supplied) using the UL clamp (UL-18SG,
supplied) to the place shown below.
Use the screw on the chassis
to fix the grounding clamp.
