6.3.7 XOR
The XOR (exclusive OR) output is 1 if the signal status of the inputs is different.
A block input that is not used (x) is assigned: x = 0.
Logic table of the XOR function:

The output is 1 if the input is 0. The NOT block inverts the input status.
