10.0 Troubleshooting

Description
Device cannot be
switched on.
Battery does not
recharge and charging
symbol does not light
up despite proper
connection to the power
cable.
„Vacuum too low"
„Vacuum too high"

System shut down.

Possible causes
Battery is completely
empty.
Fuse is defective.
Mains cable defective or
not connected properly.
Recharging unit or battery
are internally defective.
Leakage
Blockage in the hose
system. Hose is kinked.
Bacterial filter at the
measuring channel /
Bacterial filter in the
secretion canister blocked.
Liquids sucked into pump.
Excessively high vacuum
applied from the outside.
Ventilation valve is defect.
Battery almost empty.
Battery empty.
Internal error.
Secretion canister is leaking.
Hose system is not
completely closed.
Component error
Secretion has entered the
device.
Remedy
Connect the power cable to the device
to recharge the battery, note that the
progress can be checked in the upper
left hand corner of the display.
Check main fuse.
Check the mains cable.
Contact the ATMOS service or a
certified service partner. The device
must be checked.
Check all the hoses and the secretion
canister for leakages.
Remove the blockage if necessary.
Remove the measuring and rinsing
channel from the connection to the
secretion canister. If the filter in the
measuring and rinsing channel is
blocked exchange the hose system.
Check the bacterial filter at the
measuring channel and the bacterial
filter in the secretion canister. If
the bacterial filter at the measuring
channel is blocked change the hose
system. If the bacterial filter in the
secretion canister is blocked change
the secretion canister.
Contact the ATMOS service or a
certified service partner. The device
must be checked.
Check for correct hose connections.
Contact the ATMOS service or a
certified service partner. The device

Connect device to the supply network.
The battery is charged and the state
of charge is indicated in the display.
