Description
OSPF router ID and process ID. The router ID uniquely identifies the router
in the autonomous system. By convention, this is normally set to one of the
router's IP interface addresses.
This field identifies the piece of the routing domain that is being described
by the advertisement.

Sequence number of LSA (used to detect older duplicate LSAs)
Checksum of the complete contents of the LSA
