Overview of valve units
Valve units convert the electrical control signals of the interface
module into pneumatic output signals and provide the pneumatic
outputs.
The electronic base module is part of the valve unit. It contains
the electrical plug-in connections for the valves, the valve driving
electronics, and the visual status indicators (LEDs for displaying
the device status and a graphics LCD).
safety shutdown per module
Optionally, electronic base modules (EVS variants) can be con-
