6 APPLICATIoN PLANNINg
Valve block AirLINE SP Type 8647 is intended for use in auto-
mation systems within buildings. It must be installed in a suitable
control cabinet or in a suitable housing. In this case, suitable
means with a degree of protection of at least IP54 in accordance
with EN 60529. The environmental conditions for operating the
devices must be taken into account (see also the SIMATIC ET
200SP or SIMATIC ET 200SP HA system manual).
