BASIC CHICKEN CUTLET:
1 – 4 ounce chicken cutlet
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

AVOCADO AND TOMATO PASTA:
3/4 cup cooked pasta shells (warm)
1/4 medium avocado
1/4 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 tablespoons corn

ROASTED ASPARAGUS:
6–8 asparagus spears
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
